Terms of Service

Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Tynous Technology Inc. governing access to Tynous AI Office, tynous.com, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use AI Office for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and Workspaces

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that people invited to a Workspace are authorized. Workspace owners and administrators control connected services and access within their Workspace.

Your information and permissions

You retain your rights in information you provide to AI Office. You authorize Tynous to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that information only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide customer, employee, communication, website, and other business information to Tynous.

Connected services

If you connect Google Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, or another supported service, you authorize Tynous to access that service within the permissions shown during authorization. You can disconnect a mailbox in AI Office or revoke access through the provider. Disconnecting stops future provider access but does not automatically remove historical business records already created in your Workspace. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and availability.

AI-assisted output and Human Approval

AI Office can organize business information, answer questions, identify attention items, and prepare recommendations, replies, and other actions. AI-generated or automatically derived output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review output and independently decide whether it is appropriate. AI Office requires Human Approval before supported external communications are sent, but you remain responsible for every action you approve and for confirming recipients, content, commercial terms, and legal obligations.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully; infringe another person’s rights; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service integrity; evade usage limits; misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified; send spam, deceptive, or unauthorized communications; or use the service to make decisions where automated output should not replace qualified professional judgment. You must not use AI Office to process information that you are not authorized to process.

Early Access, plans, and changes

AI Office is currently offered as an Early Access service. Features, limits, integrations, and availability may change as the product is validated. Any paid plan, price, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms presented during an authorized checkout will supplement these Terms. A marketing reference to a planned feature or price is not a guarantee that it will become available.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We may maintain, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue part of the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Self-service account deletion is not currently available; contact info@tynous.com for a verified closure or deletion request.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose, or a specific business result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. You are responsible for reviewing AI output, maintaining appropriate records and backups, and obtaining professional advice where needed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tynous Technology Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, Tynous’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Tynous for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these Terms as AI Office changes. We will update the effective date when we make material revisions. These Terms do not designate an exclusive governing law or dispute forum; applicable mandatory law therefore remains controlling until Tynous publishes a jurisdiction-specific term. Before beginning formal proceedings, you and Tynous should first attempt to resolve the issue by contacting info@tynous.com.
